We've leftovers most every meal, never know who will be round.
Put into soup, tortillas, curry, stir fry, or just reheat in double pan.
Leftover veg and quinoa do well in stuffed peppers.
Leftover rice in fried rice, with veg.
Bread in bread puddings (savoury or sweet) and Arme Ritter.
Bread in Panzanella salad or Pomodoro soup.
Potatoes in Lefse. Potatoes in soups.
I don't throw food away, too many uses.
