I have embarked on a non dairy diet and immediately run into the problem of what to do when visiting.
Is there a powdered form of non dairy milk for example?
I do take milk in tea and coffee.

Try switching to something like camomile tea and take your own tea bag Won’t need milk then

My father never took milk in tea- why not drink it black, or with lemon.
Or as suggested, drink one of the herbal teas. Most people have them.

Have googled this, there are loads of non dairy milks both chilled and long life.If staying with friends take a carton and if just having tea or coffee buy a small bottle with a cap and fill and pop in your bag?

I can drink tea black and herbal but prefer to have it with milk so at home it's easy but I took my litre carton of oatmilk with me on Saturday to the coffee morning and it was a bit OTT!

The sachets of powdered milk sound like an answer.

Plenty of small plastic bottles on Amazon, cheap and handy.
I take juice in them to work with me.
