I am a chef myself tried a lot of new food recipes and always wondered how to make a quick and low calories food for a quick hunger and came across McDonalds delicious wraps, very light and refreshing. you guys can have a look for nutrition and calories information if needed on thewrapoftheday.co.uk/ and I would recommend making them at home natural ingredients and so easy to make. Well, after all your kind suggestions which I’ve tried it turns out that neither almond or coconut flour agree with me. Sometimes I feel I can’t win.

For a simple and reliable low carb bread, try almond flour or coconut flour recipes. They're easy to make and use common ingredients like eggs and baking powder. Look for recipes with good reviews to ensure a tasty outcome!

teabagwoman, they also have a Facebook group with recipes and chat. It’s very helpful.

By the way my nickname at secondary school was teabag, I have never known why!

Whethertomorrow , thanks, I’ll give them a try.

I highly recommend buying online from Heylo. They sell various very low carb bread, rolls, bagels and pizza bases.

I have made 'The Keto Bread' from the Diet Doctor site. The rolls were acceptable but nothing like real bread. There are other useful recipes on the site, so I suggest you take a look.
Good luck!

I've yet to find a low carb bread that I actually want to eat and I've tried many, many recipes. So I'll be very interested if you find one.

BeverleyJB I follow sugarfreelondoner too - she has some interesting recipes for those who want to reduce carbs

Sourdough bread is best as it’s fermented.
If it’s frozen then even fewer carbs.

Thank you BeverleyJB, I will look up her recipes. With so many sites its difficult to know who’s reliable.

I bought almond flour and physillum husk from Amazon.
There are lots of websites with low carb recipes but I've found Katrin's recipes to be consistently good.

I got my recipes from You Tube and use Almond flour. There are such a lot of them.

Does anyone have any advice/a good recipe for low carb bread please? There seem to be a number of options and I don’t want to invest in ingredients that I’m not likely to use in anything else and find the result is horrible.
