Can anyone recommend a good quality non stick roasting tin please? After 35 years my faithful tin has now decided enough is enough and decided to retire!!! I tried a Pyrex tin costing £25 and it is rubbish. Roast potatoes stuck on the very first attempt! Don’t want to waste any more money until I know it does what it says on the tin.

Lakeland make good quality non stick baking tins.

I swear by Scoville - you just can't beat them. Totally non stick, no finish to stick to food or peel off, can go in the dishwasher and they cook things more quickly too. I have a whole range of tins and baking sheets and I'm so glad I found them. They're often on offer either at Dunelm or George at Asda.

I recommend Lakeland. Pyrex is glass and certainly not non-stick.

I second Scoville, best pans I've ever had. Bought mine on offer from Asda so not too expensive.

I also recommend Scoville Neverstick. I have their pans and baking tins.

Thanks, definitely going to check out the Scoville. I know Pyrex are known for their glass dishes but I the one I bought was actually a roasting tin not glass Germanshephersmum.

I have a Pyrexroasting tin. I don't like it.

I am not a fan of non stick roasting tins. I like to de-glaze after cooking meat etc and worry about what might be added to the 'jus'.
