Have you bought anything for a treat today?

Not today, but now that you mention it, I’m thinking of grabbing something later. I’ve been eyeing a few items from KFC lately—been checking out the kentucky menu South Africa to see what’s new. Sometimes a little treat like that hits the spot after a long day!

Didn't buy them today, but put some hot cross buns in the freezer when they were in the shops. Had one today toasted and slathered in butter. Delish.

A cheese and Marmite loaf from my village bakery. It is delicious toasted and topped with real butter. I ate 2 doorsteps for breakfast.

Oh my goodness…. I wish I hadn’t seen this. Sounds divine. I am positively salivating.

I have had a lovely treat today, but I didn't buy it for myself. My friend was given a gift voucher for a restaurant meal for two. She chose to invite me to share the meal.

I have today, I treated myself to a new patio rose - I’m a sucker for roses, and I really, really didn’t need another one. I’m very pleased with my purchase though, it’s made me happy. 🌹

In the freezer section you can buy boxes of 6 cheesecake bites. My favourite are the lemon and mascarpone. Delicious for £3 and always there when you want a treat.

4 Cadbury’s Creme Eggs for £1 from our bargain store. And I’ve been so very good lately. Two seem to have mysteriously disappeared since I got home…

Not today but Monday just past, visited extended family member for pre-birthday celebration. Amongst other goodies, we took a Tesco Finest Limoncello Tiramisu. Was very disappointed, over-sweet and not very lemony, tasted artificial tbh. Won’t buy it again.
The Tesco Finest Blueberries were very nice however, two boxes and not a bad one in either.
And what I will definitely buy again is The Delicious Dessert Company Lemon Drizzle Eclairs 2 Pack, from Tesco again. Lovely, lemony, creamy. Just yummy 😋
