For more than 30 years I have eaten Brain’s faggots. Not every day, or even every week, but once or twice a month on average. But suddenly they have changed. The last ones I bought had no colour and no texture - and worst of all no taste! The only taste I could identify was pepper.
Unless I can find a local butcher making their own faggots, I think I might have to give up my guilty pleasure.
