Ocado

I love Ocado - but I think I’m going to have to use the app as I feel they are putting all the IT team into it instead of the website.
I have only noticed the issue last week.

This week I did a Waitrose order which had several substitutions (and their search facility is rubbish!)

Sainsbury’s is horrible!
I am happy to use it in store though.

I use Ocado most weeks, and have had no problems. Hope I’m not tempting fate by saying that.

I use Ocado when I do an online shop about every 3 weeks. I have noticed quite a lot of products out of stock. As it is usually M&S items I can walk in to the nearest store (10 minutes drive away) and pick said items off the shelf. This of course defeats the object and is rather annoying.

I also have resisted downloading the app and will continue to do so.

I've resisted the app so far. These apps so often seem to cause more trouble than they're worth. The website changes took some getting used to, but I'm okay with it now.

I’ve had a few items substituted recently from Ocado but I am really struggling with their new app and computer system.

I use Ocado regularly and have had no problems. I used Morrisons for a month recently because they offered me free delivery but didn’t like it as much, far less choice of products and worse stock availability. Maybe you’ve just been unlucky?

No I have never used Ocado, Sainsbury's is my go to place. never had any problems with them.

So far, no problem, but they are not my main online shop, that is Morrisons. I use Ocado because I love M&S instant coffee, and as I no longer drive, it is handy to have eg six jars delivered.
