What to do with too many chicken breasts

I would freeze them in twos, half uncooked. The cooked lot I would also freeze but you could have eg chicken salad and the chicken only has to be defrosted. A quick and easy meal if you do not feel like cooking.

I'd either freeze them in twos or make a mammoth chicken curry and then freeze it in portions.

Why does my auto correct think chicken breasts do the breast stroke?

I also would freeze them in two’s. BBQ them with a nice marinade over them air fry them or cook in oven in a sauce. I do put them in slow cooker as well. Lots of lovely meals there for you both

Freeze them.

If you freeze the breasts whole you have the option to chop them up if you want to when they are thawed.

I wouldn't chop it up but would freeze it in 2s. I prefer using thighs but I use breasts in a couple of recipes. The best one is to fry the breaststroke to colour and seal them. Put in an oven proof dish, cover with a tomato and basil sauce, top the breast with sliced mozzarella and a sprinkle of parmesan, drizzle some oil over and bake.

DH has lumbered me with 1kg of skinless chicken breasts when what I actually wanted was 500g of chicken thighs with skin on.
I'm minded to chop the whole lot up, stir fry and freeze most of it.
Any other quick solutions? It's all just for the 2 of us.
