I have one of those mini muffin / tart tins. No matter how I try to make the cases they always come out boat shaped instead of a round shape. I have: rolled the pastry, finger shaped whilst in the tin, put a ball in the tin and pressed it in and used the tray upside down. Always with the same results. Any ideas because at the moment these cases are too shallow to use.
Ethical question - how do you feel about second chance??
So sad I’ve nearly finished last Jilly Cooper
Have anyone ever hesitated to get help at home because of not much reassurance
