…just about to go in the oven for 3 hours. Now need to get the jars ready…

I love all the aromas leading up to Christmas, your kitchen must smell scrumptious Witszend. I included mincemeat in an apple crumble the other day, tasted very festive!

I’m envious. Used to love making mincemeat, Christmas cake etc. but I’m now the only one in the family who’ll eat them. I miss the rituals and the smells.
