I have Greek style natural yoghurt, chia seeds, oats and frozen fruit which defrosts perfectly overnight.

Only problem is I forgot to do mine last night so it was yoghurt and muesli.

My daily routine begins with a 50/50 mix of oars and pinhead oatmeal soaked overnight in pear juice. I add frozen blueberries before leaving it in the fridge. In the morning I take it out and leave it to one side while a mug of tea is enjoyed. After half an hour or so I add two tbs of full fat greek yoghurt and two tsp of home made dukkah. Delicious!

How do you do cherry bakewell?

Apple and cinnamon overnight oats are lovely - but my favourite is cherry bakewell.

I buy the bags of frozen fruits as they are cheaper and keep well. By morning they have defrosted and make a lovely swirl in the yoghurt!

I'm a late convert to these. I find myself actually looking forward to my tumbler of oats each morning. I tend to stick to just adding milk, greek yogurt, mixed seeds, blueberries and a swirl of fruit compote to the oats. I'm thinking about peanut butter and banana next for a change. Any other suggestions?
