I've been unwell for a couple of weeks and haven't felt like eating much or cooking at all.
Today, though, I decided to do some spicy chicken in the air-fryer (using my own marinade) but didn't want to do the ubiquitous chips as well.
I had rice and an aubergine so decided to ask AI for a recipe. What a revelation!
It suggested a recipe using my rice cooker with diced aubergine, onion and garlic in a tin of chopped tomatoes and a little stock with some Italian herbs.
It was delicious! I didn't even know I could put all that stuff in the rice cooker but I will certainly be doing it again.
AI is marvelous for saving time wading through recipe books or web-sites.
