Always 😄 I come back inspired. At the moment it has an Indonesian and Asian theme - having been fed by Asian chefs whilst on holiday - utterly delicious, I could have licked the plate most evenings.

We've just come back from 2 weeks in Italy, where the food was delicious, mainly simple but lovely flavours. With the weather being so hot at home, we're using our holiday as inspiration with a variety of salads, pasta and fish. Do any of you use your holiday memories to inspire your home cooking?
