I don't know where we're supposed to be now. What's going on? It's the first time we've had this argumentation on this forum.

'Scruples' was absolutely fine! Cherry has simply subtracted 2 letters from 'Corpuscles'.

I've found the original thread from when we began playing this game in July 2016 and thought it might be useful to show the 'rules' as they were set out by Indinana when she introduced the game. Hope this clarifies any recent 'queries'!

You can change, add or subtract a letter and reshuffle the letters to make a new word.
You may make up to TWO amendments. For example you can:
a) change two letters
b) add two letters
c) subtract two letters
d) change one letter and subtract one letter
e) change one letter and add one letter
