I remember teaching my aunties to dance the Madison. Of course in our time (and others), there was also the mashed potato, the twist, the two step, the foxtrot, the minuet, the gavotte, the polka, the mazurka, the square tango and lots of others. Music, rhythm and dance are probably the most fundamental art forms of the human race.
