Great link Bradfordlass This thread has been running for a long time and definately will stay.Anyone can start a humorous poems thread if that's the format they prefer.

It occurs to me that many people here don't quite know how to write a limerick and keep to the very specific rhythms required.

As Jangran99 says, cute though many of these poems are, they are not limericks and that's the whole point of the thread. Unless we simply call it 'humorous poems'?
It's up to whoever started it to judge.
