What was the last thing you bought?

Bedding and a dress, both from on line sales.

Parsnips. When I dug out the ones I had bought a few days before I found they had sweated and gone smelly. Family would have been unhappy to go without Delia's Parmesan Parsnips with their Christmas dinner. Fortunately at 5pm on Christmas Eve Asda still had a mountain of them.

A bottle of "Shropshire lad" (for a venison casserole).

Some veg to make stew with left over turkey

A lovely brown furry snow suit for the little grandson in New York.

A packet of cream crackers.

A set of accessories for my little Dremel hand drill (they were half price for a day)

Montagnolo affine cheese and some flaked almonds.

New bedding. We are going to update from queen to king size this month, so I managed some on-line boxing day sales for down duvet, mattress cover, sheets, duvet cover.
Yikes, I have spent about a week's wages without actually having purchased the bed or frame yet!

A packet of ginger nuts and a Freddo! The ginger nuts were to make a Lime and Mascapone cheesecake and we usually leave a freddo with towels on visitors beds!!
