My son and family gave me a gift voucher for Christmas. I raced down to Boots this morning and spent the lot on a big bottle of Youth Dew perfume. I haven't done this sort of thing for donkeys years and it felt GOOD!!!

As DH does all the shopping I was going to say some winter clothes online in November. I have just remembered it's the neck to coccyx back brace I had to buy two weeks ago to protect my crumbling back. Expensive and very uncomfortable.

Beautiful lilies from Asda. £5 reduced to 15p. Needless to say I didn't stop at one bunch. House now looks delightful and smells equally so. Some y' win!!
