Words with friends, how do I connect with my daughter?

My daughter and I want to play against each other. How do I invite her to play with me, as I don't want to play with anyone else.
Can this be done?

Yes, click on Friends at the bottom right of your screen.
You can then type in your daughters user name.
This sends her the link to play.
