We're definitely highly tuned May7 wink

Bathsheba Sat 25-Apr-20 13:44:13

I don't really care whether I was first to get them right or not hmm. And think about the poor OP being overloaded with answers that she then has to read through and check and reply to.

Doodle Sat 25-Apr-20 13:41:02

I’ve got most. Very good grany23 look forward to checking my answers when you post them. We could just wait till 9.00 to see if we are right. ?

crazyH Sat 25-Apr-20 13:30:42

Can I make a suggestion.? When someone posts a puzzle, can we PM the OP with an answer and then the OP lets us know who was the first to get the answers correct, and of course let us have the answers , and there should be a time limit, say , 24 hours from the OP - hopefully that will work.

May7 Sat 25-Apr-20 13:29:18

Me too. Are we bored or just highly tuned human specimens bathsheba
?

Bathsheba Sat 25-Apr-20 13:24:15

Yes I though 7 could be 'politically correct'. I thought about all the other examples given too but didn't consider as PM being night, just anytime after midday.

Well, these dingbats gave the little grey cells a work out, and together with Marydoll's Mathematical Extravaganza, I've been exercising my brain - a lot more than my body l’m sad to say. sad Thank you.

Granny23 Fri 17-Apr-20 20:26:17

pittcity yours is a better answer than I was given.

Thanks for the answer to your one - I didn't get it.

Pittcity Fri 17-Apr-20 19:57:09

I thought 7 was Alright on the Night!

Mine was High IQ.

Granny23 Fri 17-Apr-20 17:36:46

Missedout Love the name by the way. Bathsheeba was correct with the first 5.

No. 6 is - Back to square 1
No. 7 is - Goodnight or alternatively "Yes, Prime Minister"
No 8 is - Anyone for Tennis

Missedout Fri 17-Apr-20 15:08:51

When will we get the answers? I'm stuck on 07 hmm
Any hints?

Bathsheba Fri 17-Apr-20 10:38:16

Sorry, I should have just said 'yes', shouldn't I blush

Please find some more like this Granny23 and I promise I'll shut up!

Marydoll Fri 17-Apr-20 09:06:31

BradfordLass73 Fri 17-Apr-20 07:35:57

Well, that was a waste of time, wasn't it? I thought we were supposed to keep solutions to ourselves so as not to spoil it for others?

Bathsheba Thu 16-Apr-20 23:03:33

Oh, just got the last one: Anyone for tennis.
