While learning to ski, John fell flat
And into the snow he went splat
I left him out there
I hadn't a care
He got up and asked for his hat

Then back he went to his chalet

While learning to ski, John fell flat
And into the snow he went splat
I left him out there
I hadn't a care

While learning to ski, Joh fell flat
And into the snow he went splat
I left him out there

While learning to ski, Joh fell flat
And into the snow he went splat

My get up and go has all gone
And so has my boyfriend , John
Can’t say I miss him
He did seem quite dim
Now I'll just stay in bed and dream on.

While learning to ski, John fell flat

My get up and go has all gone
And so has my boyfriend , John
Can’t say I miss him
He did seem quite dim

My get up and go has all gone
And so has my boyfriend , John
Can’t say I miss him

My get up and go has all gone
And so has my ex boyfriend, John

Sometimes it seems somewhat boring
My zest I should be restoring
Sofa too comfy
And good films come free
But exercise I am ignoring

My get up and go has all gone

Sometimes it seems somewhat boring
My zest I should be restoring
Sofa, too comfy
And good films come free

Sometimes it seems somewhat boring
My zest I should be restoring
Sofa, too comfy

Sometimes it seems somewhat boring
My zest I should be restoring

And, truthfully, I prefer cats
They are good at chasing the rats
Wish they’d kill outright
But they’re not that bright
Sat washing whiskers on mats

Sometimes it seems somewhat boring

And, truthfully, I prefer cats
They are good at chasing the rats
Wish they`d kill outright
But they`re not that bright

And, truthfully, I prefer cats
They are good at chasing the rats
Wish they’d kill outright

And, truthfully, I prefer cats
They are good at chasing the rats

A little rescue pup for me
We`re happy as ever can be
Long walks on the beach
He’s on a short leash
But so is my husband, you see

And, truthfully, I prefer cats

A little rescue pup for me
We`re happy as ever can be
Long walks on the beach
He’s on a short leash

A little rescue pup for me
We`re happy as ever can be
Long walks on the beach

A little rescue pup for me
We're happy as ever can be

A 'doodle' dog will set you back
But I so love my 'doodle' Jack
Such a lovely breed
He’s there in my need
His price could cause a heart attack,

A little rescue pup for me

A 'doodle' dog will set you back
But I so love my 'doodle' Jack
Such a lovely breed
He’s there in my need

A 'doodle' dog will set you back
But I so love my 'doodle' Jack
Such a lovely breed

A 'doodle' dog will set you back
But I so love my 'doodle', Jack

I'll take him to that famous vet
But it'll cost thousands I'll bet
It's lucky I'm rich
But no way a bitch
It's a costly hobby - a pet.

A 'doodle' dog will set you back
