They clutched the sides of the boat as it began to rise above the waves, and a dark panel slid open on the underside of the UFO. A brilliant beam of light dazzled their eyes as the boat was swallowed up by the spaceship, but as the panel closed behind them, leaving them trapped inside, Jeannie was suddenly aware of a strange....

and it was a job to keep the boat steady. They realised that the waves were partly caused by a big tanker which now was moving away. They collected their thoughts as the light shimmered on the sea then.....

and after much struggling she managed to free Logan's legs from the sea weed. Grabbing him tightly she lugged him on board the dinghy. Out of breath they embraced passionately but as the waves battered the dinghy with great force ...

huge drops of rain began to fall. Just as the storm broke Jeanie arrived on the beach. She secured the map and metal detector under a rock before launching the dingy into the choppy sea. Jeanie paddled furiously towards Logan as the waves threatened to overcome him....

Weighing up his options he strode across the sand towards this tantalising vision while Jeanie was sprinting in the other direction, hoping for heavy traffic in the town so she could catch up with the van..........
