No, I shake them hard, fold, place on worktop and bang them smooth with my fist. I leave them for a while before hanging.

What would your occupation be if you had followed a childhood dream?

I did follow my childhood dream and chose my ideal occupation, never wanted to do anything else.

If you were granted three wishes today what would they be?

1. Good health for me and MrC
2. A beautiful little house on the North Yorkshire or Northumbrian coast
3. Good fortune for all who deserve it

If (like the character Steph in Line of Duty) you had £50k in cash hidden away in your loft, what would you do? I think I'd fritter it away on my weekly grocery bill and a few treats.

I would probably end up giving most to my AC and GC with just a small amount for a treat for me.

No I have never coloured my hair, too much faff.

Getting knocked of my bike! The after effects are still with me now.

Fragrant herbs as opposed to flowers. Not a fan of cut flowers.

Now living alone, I seem to be in a constant struggle to finish food before the use by date. Sometimes of course, it can be disregarded and I freeze things, but I don’t want to make myself ill!

My Nan who is 96 for her resilience and strength.
My late Mom for her creativity and kindness.

Hello Beauregard I'll get all the information from the papers in the morning (I get them delivered, they come about 7am) put the names of the horses in a hat, and as GNers express an interest, I'll draw the name and allocate them a horse! ?

I have already had a bet. I did it on Tuesday because I live to get good odds. I have a love / hate relationship with horseracing, as I know that it's cruel, but I do enjoy it! I prefer flatracing as it's safer. I got 40/1.
I bet on it on DHs birthday and it won at 25/1. (We sometimes have a virtual day at the races and watch it on TV! It's a good lockdown treat.)
