Hello Everyone! ?
Lovely new Spring thread!?️?️???

What is your chocolate treat of choice??

lovebeigecardigans1955 Thu 01-Apr-21 13:41:10

No, I've been to most of the ones nearby and if they're busy it won't be enjoyable. Having previously lived at the seaside we learned that it was better to spend Bank Holidays in the garden to avoid crowds.

If you were brave/daft/clever enough to go on Mastermind what would be your specialist subject?

Puzzler61 Thu 01-Apr-21 11:49:56

No, living within a city boundary so just a handful of small parks.

Are you visiting a National Trust property over the Easter weekend for a walk?

Shinamae Thu 01-Apr-21 11:20:55

Not likely, weather far too unpredictable

Do you live in an area likely to be inundated with people now that the lockdown has eased somewhat?

henetha Thu 01-Apr-21 11:17:11

I am. It's great. And some of my neighbours too, I notice.

Are you packing winter clothes away yet and getting summer things out?

Mollygo Wed 31-Mar-21 16:02:19

Handwritten, very rarely and usually on a card. I still exchange letters with some friends I have known for ages, but they’re typed.

Are you or your neighbours hanging out washing again?

BBbevan Wed 31-Mar-21 01:32:21

Decking screws !!!!

Do you write letters?

hollysteers Wed 31-Mar-21 00:38:26

Not really new, but I have returned to drawing, painting and cycling.

You have won a lifetime’s supply of the last thing you bought.
What is it?

AGAA4 Tue 30-Mar-21 16:38:18

No. I live in the countryside and it is rarely busy here.

Do you have any new hobbies?

BBbevan Tue 30-Mar-21 15:18:24

S W Wales, home

Is it now busy where you live?

hollysteers Tue 30-Mar-21 15:04:32

Two days ago, for milk and bread.

Where is your “heaven on earth”?

lovebeigecardigans1955 Tue 30-Mar-21 13:57:03

Sadly I've lost touch with my best school friend but I have a couple of class mates I lunch with from time to time - it's been a while.

When was the last time you used cash for a purchase?

Billybob4491 Tue 30-Mar-21 13:46:42

Oh yes that was top of my list.

Do you still have friends from childhood?

Kim19 Tue 30-Mar-21 13:28:26

Not a thing.

Have you booked a hairdresser yet?

Mollygo Tue 30-Mar-21 10:41:06

Not getting an answer to my question abovegrin.

Did you do anything different yesterday to celebrate the beginning of lockdown easing?

hazel93 Tue 30-Mar-21 10:29:33

Far too many! I tend to use shoes, bags, scarves etc. to update my wardrobe rather than buy a new outfit.
Since Covid I have used my wellies or trainers far more than ever expected !
If you have one regret what would it be ?

Shinamae Tue 30-Mar-21 10:06:53

Wild garden, no need to plant anything ?

How many pairs of shoes do you have? (I have six including two pairs of boots)

Mollygo Tue 30-Mar-21 10:05:29

I’ve planted pansies already. Fingers crossed!??

Did you do anything different on Monday?

henetha Tue 30-Mar-21 10:02:24

Both. But it's popular music which I listen to most. Anything from Frank Sinatra to Ed Sheeran and lots in between.
My absolute favourite being Queen.

Are you planting summer flowers yet, or is it too early?

nanna8 Tue 30-Mar-21 08:19:14

Owl

Do you prefer pop music or classical?

Savvy Tue 30-Mar-21 04:04:31

Are you related to someone famous, past or present?

Yes, but only by their marriage. Not going to say who they are and no, I've never met them.

Are you a lark or an owl?

Fernbergien Mon 29-Mar-21 14:48:00

Tins yes. Yoghurt pots not always. Scraped clean.

Do you girls realise that there is a Lloyds Bank scam doing the rounds. Thought I’d put in as just got one.

grandMattie Mon 29-Mar-21 14:46:03

Do you have any part of your garden that is wild or a wildlife pond?

hollysteers Mon 29-Mar-21 11:53:52
