Hello Everyone! ?

What is your chocolate treat of choice??

Billybob4491 Wed 24-Mar-21 08:27:28

Yes Tupperware bowls and a tablecloth.

Do you find current Covid news depressing or uplifting?

henetha Wed 24-Mar-21 10:14:18

Mainly depressing still, although there are days when I think we might be alright eventually. But generally I think it's with us for a long time yet.

Do you have much trouble wiith your feet?

nanna8 Wed 24-Mar-21 10:56:27

Not really though I get cramps sometimes.

If you were to be given a plant what would you like it to be?

lovebeigecardigans1955 Wed 24-Mar-21 11:36:17

A succulent or cactus which is easy to look after. I'm not good with house plants I'm afraid.

Have you ever ridden on the back of a motorbike?

AGAA4 Wed 24-Mar-21 16:05:32

No and I doubt I ever will.

Do you like dogs?

hollysteers Wed 24-Mar-21 17:02:55

Never had dogs and am a bit wary of them. We had neighbours who left their dogs to bark all day while they were out working, it almost ruined my late husband’s retirement as he loved the garden, but I would never discount having one myself.

What is your Chinese astrological animal etc sign and is it true for you?

BBbevan Wed 24-Mar-21 17:27:33

I am a rat, clever and adaptable. Me? Yes

Do you have anyone famous ( not celebs ) in your family?

EkwaNimitee Wed 24-Mar-21 17:32:53

No, as far back as I know, we are/were all humble, unknown citizens

Any phobias you care to mention?

grandMattie Wed 24-Mar-21 17:58:49

Gratings!

Did you marry your first love?

AGAA4 Wed 24-Mar-21 19:44:09

Yes I did.

Which country would you visit if you could.

Cherrytree59 Wed 24-Mar-21 19:48:46

Italy

Do you speak Italian?

Trisha57 Wed 24-Mar-21 19:49:14

Controversial answer here but, Myanmar previously known as Burma. But only because my Dad was there during the war and we have many pictures that he took that I would like to investigate. He spoke very fondly of the Ghurkas that he fought with and I think it would be a fitting tribute to him to go back to where he was fighting for Queen and country. During his last years he often spoke of wanting to go back there, but due to his age and health it was not possible to take him.

Trisha57 Wed 24-Mar-21 19:50:44

Crossed posts Cherrytree59. No, but can get by pigeon Italian!

Trisha57 Wed 24-Mar-21 19:51:11

Sorry, next question: Do you believe in star signs?

Mollygo Wed 24-Mar-21 19:51:47

No, though I did a term at night school for a visit to Italy.

Have you made masks during lockdown or do you buy them?

Savvy Wed 24-Mar-21 19:53:03

No, but I do believe in the universe. I love watching a full moon rise.

What are you thinking about right now?

Savvy Wed 24-Mar-21 19:53:41

Sorry cross posted!

Mollygo Wed 24-Mar-21 19:53:50

Another crossed post. Sorry!
I don’t believe in star signs, but it doesn’t stop me reading the predictions when I see them.

Have you made masks or do you buy them?

Mollygo Wed 24-Mar-21 19:54:19

I give up!??

Savvy Wed 24-Mar-21 20:00:04

I'll give it another try.

I bought a job lot of masks as I use them when doing anything dusty.

What are you thinking about right now?

BBbevan Wed 24-Mar-21 20:33:34

Sadness. Just watched 'Sylvia'.

Favourite sweets as a child?

hollysteers Thu 25-Mar-21 01:10:12

Pear drops.

If you won the lottery, would you choose to live abroad and if so where?

Puzzler61 Thu 25-Mar-21 08:35:10

No, I lived abroad for a time and was glad to get back to the UK.

Favourite time of day and why?

lovebeigecardigans1955 Thu 25-Mar-21 12:22:12

4pm - should I call it teatime? I settle down to watch a music programme on telly whilst knitting and enjoying the inevitable cup of tea.

What are the first and last records you ever bought?
