At last the tortoise has an appetite

Had an unexpected visit from a friend today and we sat in the sunshine.

I tend not to shower every day now and just spray dry shampoo on my hair, brush my teeth and spray deodorant. Obviously as the weather improves, this may change ?

DH called out this am that our lotto ticked had won much more than we’d ever won before. A few more zeros would have been really impressive.

I was determined this morning to start eating healthier, as I am feeling fat.
Had a bowl of raspberries for lunch, so far so good, now something has made me eat a packet of M & S tortillas.
I’m really annoyed with myself.

I have run out of excuses not to do the things I most hate doing...

Yesterday was warm and sunny and I went for a long drive.
But I found myself wishing I was at home and feeling cooler.
Never satisfied!

The camera we installed in the back garden has shown no hedgehog visits for over a year now ? But yesterday we got a lovely video of two young foxes frolicking in the sunshine at 7 am.

I've taken to having a drink of hot water before bed.

Why did I continue eating the pasta that my daughter made for me when I knew I was full up? Now I am really uncomfortable, want to go to bed but don't think It's wise to lay down. I am cross with myself!

On a totally unrelated thread, a visit to the dentist was not as bad as I expected. Everything very sanitised. No problems except £23 to be told there are no problems.
