Now that the rain has cleared away, I have secured a huge field for our jamboree ( courtesy of Farmer Giles as usual.) Bring camping gear, food, drink, and useful or decorative items.
No wives/ husbands/ partners/ toy boys allowed but you can bring a well behaved dog or cat ?
As always, in alphabetical order, and bring lots of things to do as we could be here for a long time. This is also a chatty time really, so say anything you like ( within reason?)

I will start things off with...
Apple pie ( from M&S) as I have a bit of a thing about it at the moment, which is why I shall be mainly wearing elasticated skirts and chinos for this shindig.

Stock cubes, if this cool damp weather continues I shall make a casserole on my little camping gas ring.

Doodle Tue 29-Jun-21 10:52:56

Tents for camping in while we have lemon’s casserole.

Xtremely lovely weather, lots of sunshine and a little fresh breeze.

lemongrove Tue 29-Jun-21 15:03:34

Yaks? Or it could be bulls? Haven’t got my specs on, but several large threatening looking animals are hoving into view, who left the gate open?

Germanshepherdsmum Tue 29-Jun-21 15:15:07

No, if you put your specs on you will see they’re Zebras.

Mollygo Tue 29-Jun-21 16:01:48

Albums, to keep all the photos we take, or will they all be digital now?

Dryginger Tue 29-Jun-21 17:40:42

Donuts, Crispy Creme ones! Fortunately Lord Lemongrove has provided us all with a box of a dozen each, so that will last us a day or two.

NanKate Tue 29-Jun-21 20:42:35

Mollygo Tue 29-Jun-21 20:49:30

Halloumi cheese chips and salsa dip…….?

Hello Germanshepherdsmum , I am Germanshepherdsgreatgrandma* ?

Germanshepherdsmum Wed 30-Jun-21 15:45:22

Hello Germanshepherdsgreatgrandma?! There’s a coincidence! Will you take your GS (dog not grandson!) to the jamboree? I fear mine mightn’t fit the well-behaved requirement as she would see it as her duty to protect me from everyone! Also she has missed her alphabetical slot. Well instead of her I will bring (if no-one else is doing so, lost track? but you can never have too much: Ice cream.

Dryginger Wed 30-Jun-21 15:47:09

Jelly to go with the ice cream.

H1954 Wed 30-Jun-21 15:49:59

Kiwi fruit to add some colour to the fruit salad ?

Germanshepherdsmum Wed 30-Jun-21 16:11:35

Lemons for the G&T (is anyone bringing the G and the T or do we have to wait until next time round?).

AGAA4 Wed 30-Jun-21 16:12:32

Limes for all the cocktails.

Germanshepherdsmum Wed 30-Jun-21 18:08:47

Marmalade for morning toast, assuming someone is bringing bread and butter and a toasting fork; if not I’ll add plenty to my provisions.

lemongrove Wed 30-Jun-21 18:25:40

Nachos, with a few nice dips, drop by my tent and share some.
?

Mollygo Wed 30-Jun-21 18:44:32

Ocarinas, for anyone who wants to entertain members with music.?

Doodle Wed 30-Jun-21 18:45:54

Olives stuffed and otherwise ?

germanshepherdsmum my DGS’s dog is as gentle as can be but huge. I fear one tug of the lead and she would have me travelling at great speed towards the nearest sausage or edible piece of meat ?
