Very well in the last job before retiring. There was just one, very pedantic, challenging man who told me I was the most unhelpful person he had ever met. ?

Do you/ did you enjoy Christmas parties with work colleagues?

No! I’ve hardly been anywhere!
Ireland, France, Greece and Goa, that’s it.
I did once work with a lovely lady who was from Hong Kong though, if that helps!

How did you / do you get on with your work colleagues?

Autumn is a beautiful season, but it makes me sad because of a sad time that I once experienced in Autumn. But, yes, overall, I like it. Have you been to Hong Kong?

Yes really, but we have a great many trees in our garden and round about us so it’s leaf clearing time soon.

Do you do anything for Halloween?

Either porridge or muesli.

Do you like autumn?

I've never really liked either.

Oops too slow

Gin and lime and it used to give me heartburn. Now I drink Gin and Tonic and no heartburn

I should probably re-phrase that to take account of any males/transgender/nonbinery etc.

Cheese and onion or salt and vinegar!

When I was in my 20s it was brandy and babycham! I also liked Black Russian

A very good quality mirror. The edging didn’t fit in with our colour scheme so it has been “silver-side”. Probably a word I made up.

What is your favourite flavour in crisps?

Oh good lord, I’m not getting involved with that, I’ve already hidden that thread!

Have you inherited any nice things from relatives?

I'm doing a supermarket click and collect. And I was meant to be visiting a friend in Torquay but I'm too tired so I postponed it until tomorrow.

At what age should we think about selling little treasures for fear of them being chucked into a skip when we die?

If it’s just the walls, and just picture, I have an aerial photograph of my beautiful first house, a picture of Jesus in the entrance hall wall, a large collage of my 6 grandchildren, an etching of the lighthouse, a feature of my birth seaside town, and 2 small ivory inlaid/painted pictures of 2 Indian kings which I brought back from India. I also have a large ornate mirror over the fireplace but that doesn’t count I suppose

I always feel more happy and calm when it’s dark and raining. I love it. It’s just about to tip it down here

Many. Think one in Austria was my most memorable.

How many meals do you have in a day? I only ever snack unless socialising with friends.

We have a burger alarm but no cctv, fancy video doorbells etc.

I do all my shopping online because of mobility issues. I shop for groceries once a week.

Do you have a burglar alarm/security system on your house?

I have a full system with panic alarms in every room and cctv all around.

No. I turn it on when an extra jumper doesn't make me any warmer.

How often do you go shopping?

Until all the oomph! has gone out of them. They are not cheap to buy.

Is there a date when you turn central heating on for the Autumn?I nearly did this morning.
