It’s difficult to explain Quordle, and the instructions don’t really help! Yes, you’re basically playing 4 grids at once, but I find it easier to concentrate on them individually. I usually start by just using a couple of words that contain different letters, then have a look to see if any of the four have enough letters showing as correct to be worth guessing. Sometimes it takes 3 stabs in the dark to take a few more letters out of the equation before looking at each word. It should become clearer when you play it. You’ve got 9 goes to get the 4 words in, so it’s very doable.
Then you can move on to Octordle.
