To clarify, I don't mix it into the coffee jar - just get a tiny bit on the tip of the teaspoon & add to the cup before putting the water in.

I could happily gobble lots of chocolate & choccy biscuits, but mostly I don't. ?

That's a good idea, Farnorth, thanks. I do usually only have two (large) squares each day, but I have to have it, plus a small choc biscuit.
I'm supposed to have cut out sugar. I'll try the cocoa powder.

I sometimes put a tiny bit of cocoa powder (not drinking chocolate) in with my instant coffee.
It can help me resist over-indulging in chocolate.

Sometimes only actual chocolate will do, though. ?
