That link brings you to the normal Octordle site. If you click”back” it gives you choice of daily Octordle which is the whirling one today, or free, a random one for practice.

It’s just a bit of a joke because it’s puzzle number 88. I asked GN to delete my posted result this morning as I realised it gave the game away. But I got it in 24.

I cleared yesterday's as my eyes couldn't cope with spinning letters. Why did it spin when I got my first word in 4? Only just managed it today after a great start.

The spinning was because you’d got all eight words. The answer to them all was EIGHT, because it was the 88th Octordle.
