Hello All! ? ?
I’ve tried to be more grammatically correct with the title this time.

Do you enjoy musical theatre?
??
Which is your favourite?

I love Jesus Christ Superstar; Cabaret; Oliver!; Sweeney Todd; Oklahoma
I could go on and on…

AGAA4 Wed 04-May-22 13:34:57

No. That would have been exhausting. I sometimes felt shell shocked when leaving the office as I could often have someone on the phone, others waiting at my desk and a huge pile of work to get through.

Did/do you find your work very stressful?

biglouis Wed 04-May-22 12:48:41

Should have been did you answer text/phone/emails out of normal working hours!

biglouis Wed 04-May-22 12:47:33

Mine is toast, yogert and coffee. Never varies. I am a creature of routine and habit.

If you still work (or when you did work) did you routinely answer phone/email/text from work colleagues or clients?

I never look at email after a certain time as there is nothing I can do about it so it will keep til the morning. I rarely take phone calls from customers because of the time difference from here to USA - prior arrangement only. Dont take a phone into the bedroom unless expecting something urgent.

No, I take the easy way out. I combine the various spice powders to make a really decent curry.

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Do you have a full cooked breakfast ? Mine is just a slice of toast and coffee

henetha Wed 04-May-22 11:12:33

Yes, just Netflix which I like a lot. With that and Freesat I have plenty of choice.

My grandson made a lovely curry yesterday. I watched him using the pestle and mortar to grind the spices. Do you do this? I must admit I take short cuts for things like curry.

Not at present because I am self employed and make a fair income on top of my pensions. If people stop buying what I sell I will sell/do something else online to make money. But I have cut out some subscriptions and non essentials.

Do you have any streaming subscriptions?

I have Amazon/Netflix/NowTV because I rarely watch conventional TV.

I think its an age thing Molly,

Does the rising cost of living keep you awake at night?

Mollygo Tue 03-May-22 19:12:35

Yes went to an Indian restaurant (DGS choice) to celebrate one grandson’s birthday. The meal was delicious, but I was grateful for their offer to box up the majority of my meal.

Am I the only one who’s appetite has diminished after Covid, or is it an age thing?

MrsKen33 Tue 03-May-22 15:19:49

Yes, Sainsburys. The nearest is 1 and a half hours away. But they deliver quite regularly to our area.

Just been to a lovely restaurant for DDs birthday. 1st time for nearly 3 years. Have you been out lately for anything special?

AGAA4 Tue 03-May-22 14:52:27

Lady and the Tramp. I like Bambi too but makes me ?

Do you have your shopping delivered?

FannyCornforth Tue 03-May-22 13:07:49

Thank you H!

FannyCornforth Tue 03-May-22 13:07:29

What’s your favourite Disney film?
I really like the cartoon Robin Hood, with the dashing fox ?

crazyH Tue 03-May-22 13:07:09

Question ‘Sweet Fanny’?

FannyCornforth Tue 03-May-22 12:58:54

Here lies the renowned artist, animal saviour and philanthropist Fanny Cornforth.
She was a beautiful person until her death at the age of 104.
She had two husbands, the latter being Jarvis Cocker.
Rest in Peace, Sweet Fanny ♥️

I enjoy walking but my back seizes up after a while which is frustrating. I’ve had a wonky back since a young woman.

If you had an inscription on a gravestone for yourself, what would you like?

AGAA4 Tue 03-May-22 10:39:08

Tonsils went when I was nine. I have a few crowns in place of lost teeth.

Do you walk a much?

henetha Tue 03-May-22 10:37:19

Both knees. Very successfully.

Do you have some bits missing? Tonsils? Appendix? Teeth?
Spleen? Gall bladder?

FannyCornforth Tue 03-May-22 08:21:05

Nooo! I absolutely loathe it!
I hate the bright light, the heat, the long days, the way everything seems to smell more.
I even wear sunglasses in the house.
I’ve got a fan that you wear around your neck.
I think that my make up is a bit squewiff.
I’ll be recovering from my hip replacement when it’s hot weather, and I know that I’ll be a right miserable so and so.

Have you had anything ‘replaced’?

AGAA4 Mon 02-May-22 17:52:56

Not at first. It got better as time went on and we provided GCs.

Do you enjoy hot weather?

hollysteers Mon 02-May-22 16:41:59

Nothing planned and usually stay away from big events.
My mother had a hatred of street parties, being rather reserved.

Do you/did you get on with your in-laws?

biglouis Mon 02-May-22 16:36:48

The idea of not expecting anyone or any deliveries so I will have a peaceful day to get on with the things that are important to me.

Do you have anything planned for the jubilee holiday?

No DCs or GDCs here so nothing planned. Ive got a box full of stock for my business needs to be photographed so I may do that. I like doing photo shoots.

AGAA4 Mon 02-May-22 16:28:54

So many things. A hug from little GS. A fresh sunny morning. A long chat with a friend and much more.

Same question please.

lovebeigecardigans1955 Mon 02-May-22 16:13:41

I'd get a Smart for Four to upgrade from my Smart for Two with the added convenience of a chauffeur.

What brings you joy?

FannyCornforth Mon 02-May-22 13:25:33

Oh yes!
I didn’t know what one was, but I’ve just googled.
I definitely approve ?
