Morning Fanny How are you? Is the new hip settling in? Are you out of the awful pain you must have been in pre-op?

I missed Nerdling yesterday as I was enchanted by all the splendid Tennis on TV. Everything else goes to pot for 2 weeks in my house.

‘Morning Tilly! Everyday there is something new. At the moment I feel like I’ve been kicked sharpish behind the knee.
Also my leg is incredibly stiff, and my steps are tiny.
But I saw the nurse yesterday, and she says that I’m making really good progress, so ?‍♀️ !
She’s also ‘delighted’ with my wound ?
I don’t understand tennis at all, but I love the tradition of Wimbledon, how it marks the Summer.
I’ve even bought some Eton Mess Baileys to get into the spirit!
I hear Murray is playing today. I’ve always had a huge soft spot for him (not the one behind my knee).
I think that he’s a lovely bloke.

I'm still doing them but only post sometimes.

I still enjoy it, but not many are posting. I used to do sudoku, but only occasionally now. I love codeword puzzles.

I forgot to post yesterday -I did it in four.
Since I’ve had my op my concentration just isn’t as good. It must be the painkillers (mind you, I was on loads before).
