Wow, I never knew that there were so many!
I’m surprised that the NYT didn’t crack down on them.
It’s good though for if / when you have to subscribe to NYT games to play Wordle

From bits and pieces that we’ve said to each other, and looking at others’ game play, I thought that we were all doing the same one

Fanny I’m still licking my wounds from my recent 3 consecutive failures. I think I’ve figured out what happened and I feel much better. I’ve obviously been doing a super difficult one that the rest of this wordling gang haven’t yet discovered ! ?

I’ve just remembered that there is a version of Wordle where you can change the number of letters.
I can’t remember what that was called…

No not sleuthing Cs783, I stumbled across it.

When I googled Wordle for the first time 3 weeks it took me straight to Wordlewebsite.com which I completed and ‘bookmarked’ on my iPad.

When I completed a few more I added them to this thread assuming we were all doing the same as they are numbered.
No reason to think otherwise.

I then logged not another device, googled Wordle and it took me straight to the NY Times one which I completed…
I don’t do it everyday but one morning thought that the word on one was very familiar! I then realised that it was the same as the NY Times word from 3 days earlier!

I completed today’s on Wordlewbsite.com and low and behold it was NY Times rehashed again. I don’t do it every day but I’m guessing that every day is the same …
