I can't get on with the day until I've done it, it's like an itch that must be scratched 😁

Josh must be happy he sold it.

I’m just the same. Feel as if I have to test my brain out to see if it still works. Not quick like those on Lingo and the ancient brain cells need some oil to work. Also use the Wordle app which has a 6 letter word as well but prefer the NY one.
