More limericks with very strict rules and I'm standing by with a metre stick ;)

I just want some peace and quiet
I don’t want to argue or riot
Nothing can tempt me
The bottles are empty
But if something is tempting, I'll buy it

Time to get back down to work

I just want some peace and quiet
I don’t want to argue or riot
Nothing can tempt me
The bottles are empty

I just want some peace and quiet
I don’t want to argue or riot
Nothing can tempt me

I just want some peace and quiet
I don’t want to argue or riot

There were wars in every decade
Mayhem and tragedy manmade
Will it ever improve?
Not with countermove
Or striking a deadly air-raid

I just want some peace and quiet

There were wars in every decade
Mayhem and tragedy manmade
Will it ever improve?
Not with countermove

There were wars in every decade
Mayhem and tragedy manmade
Will it ever improve?

There were wars in every decade
Mayhem and tragedy manmade

Good riddance to 2-0-2-3
'Twas the worst it ever could be
Look forward not back
Don’t think what you lack
And to always have hope is key

My cat Fred got stuck in the tree
Two hunky men then set him free,
Guess what I did next?
I sent them a textI'
"Please come back and get me!"

I once slipped on a mango skin
After drinking a tot of gin
I turned the air blue
Made quite a to-do
Next time please throw it in the bin

Kids flying kites in a big gale
Don't feel cold 'coz hearty and hale
Don't think I'll join them
But watch the mayhem
I just hope that they do not fail

I once slipped on a mango skin

Kids flying kites in a big gale
Don't feel cold 'coz hearty and hale
Don't think I'll join them
But watch the mayhem

Kids flying kites in a big gale
Don't feel cold 'coz hearty and hale
Don’t think I’ll join them

My bin's blown away in the wind!
It's punishment 'cos I have sinned
On the naughty list
Bin won't be missed
I will use my neighbors,I grinned
