OK, I should perhaps have got the yellows, but like you BlueBelle, I was totally stumped by the first blue.
I was also thrown by the last purple, even though the correct connection between some of the other purples had crossed my mind as a possibility.

Mollygo how do you 285 before you do 284 I understand your time difference may make your timing different but how can you do285 Thursday morning and 284 Thursday evening that’s as much an enigma to me as the puzzle itself

I found that a lot easier than the last few, thank goodness.
I'm not sure I would ever have spotted the purple connection for myself though, but at least I 'got' it once the answers were revealed!
