Bingo you can have forfeits for certain numbers.

Memory game where you put items on a tray, take the tray away and remove an item, write down what's missing. Next round add an item, next round remove one etc.

One of our Christmas night games was very loosely based on pass the parcel. The person on the left of you starts throwing two die, you begin unwrapping the parcel until that person manages to throw one then 2 sixes. Then passes it on etc. The twist is that the person doing the unwrapping has to be wearing oven gloves!! A lot more fun than it sounds and managed to engage a large family of mixed age groups.

We did a game like this with Christmas bows. It was a blast!

The game where you stick a piece of paper on one person's forehead with a name on it.. ie Rick Stein.. and that person is allowed one question per person to try to guess who they are..
