New Limerick Thread II 2016 (following New Limerick Thread)

Sights I've seen are wonder indeed
All for my grateful mind to feed
Around the Cape Horn
Hornus before dawn
I must have done a good deed!

Can't wait to see him tonight

Sights I've seen are wonder indeed
All for my grateful mind to feed
Around the Cape Horn
Hornus before dawn

Sights I’ve seen are wonder indeed
All for my grateful mind to feed
Around the Cape Horn

Sights I’ve seen are wonder indeed
All for my grateful mind to feed

For this verse I'll try pastures new
I'll join a world yacht and it's crew
We'll sail seven seas
And enjoy the warm breeze
We go only where the wind blew

Sights I've seen are wonder indeed

For this verse I'll try pastures new
I'll join a world yacht and it's crew
We'll sail seven seas
And enjoy the warm breeze

For this verse I'll try pastures new
I'll join a world yacht and its crew
We'll sail seven seas

For this verse I’ll try pastures new
I'll join a world yacht and its crew

I think houseflies are so much worse
Those large black things are just a curse
Stalk them with a swat
They annoy a lot
That brings to an end this short verse.

For this verse I’ll try pastures new

I think houseflies are so much worse
Those large black things are just a curse
Stalk them with a swat
They annoy a lot

I think houseflies are so much worse
Those large black things are just a curse
Stalk them with a swat

I think houseflies are so much worse
Those large black things are just a curse

It kept buzzing buzzing around
Making a right awful sound
But I flicked it away
I keep bees at bay
But don't squash them into the ground

I think houseflies are so much worse

It kept buzzing buzzing around
Making a right awful sound
But I flicked it away
I keep bees at bay

It kept buzzing buzzing around
Making a right awful sound
But I flicked it away

It kept buzzing buzzing around
Making a right awful sound

I wish I was there by the sea
Enjoying a special cream tea
Cuppa in my hand
Sun friend on demand
Shame about the annoying bee

It kept buzzing buzzing around

sorry too many syllables...

wish I was there by the sea
Enjoying a special cream tea
Cuppa in my hand
Sun, friend, on demand

I wish I was there by the sea
Enjoying a special cream tea
Cuppa in my hand
Sun, good friend, on demand

I wish I was there by the sea
Enjoying a special cream tea
Cuppa in my hand

I wish I was there by the sea
Enjoying a special cream tea

Whoops, no delete button.....

But I’m skilled at baking for sure
Apple pie, chocolate cake and more
A brownie, tea loaf
Enjoyed by my son Rolf
Sat by the lovely sea shore.
