I'm doing Alcohol Concern's Dry January campaign, for the heck of it, and with colleagues at work.
I've been practicing this month (want to lose a bit of weight) and already I realise, that even though I'm not a daily drinker, it's actually not that easy, because when I feel like having my occasional glass of wine, I want one dammit! And in these winter months I also like a tiny tot of whisky in a medicine glass with a shot of lemon juice and honey of a night 
.
Anyway, the campaign is to raise awareness of people's drinking habits, so I thought I'd give them a little plug, because that's not a bad thing.

The days are going so fast! I feel like a new person and want to get on with my life! I've been told I might get to leave early. I do worry and miss my flat.

Hello there ladies..On this day of love and support I want to say hello and tell you I am doing well in rehab. I have met brilliant people all wanting to see me through the tough times.We are having a big valentine's party.It is celebrated in a grand way over here. Thinking of your love and support often! Friday night DD2 and SIL decided to celebrate the end of Dry January with a trip to their local. It was so packed they couldn't get served!!!!

Good luck fairhair, I could so easily have been in your shoes, but migraines took over my life and I couldn't drink any alcohol for years.
Now, I can only manage one small glass of wine a week, so I have no choice.
