BAKERS CYST

I started with terrible pain in knee which was arthritis flare up after years n bother had injection ,fine but now have Bakers cyst so painful cant walk on that foot with out stick and just taking pain killers waiting for scan and keep having cramp Has anyone else has had one?

Yes and unfortunately the NHS are seemly unwilling to treat it. Have you Googled it to find the options.

Thank you for replying Dc said we have to wait for scan How is yourWhat do you take ?and what did you oogle could not come at worst time great-grandchildren are coming and summer gardening and dog walking grr1

I googled Bakers cyst. A scan shows it up as sometimes it's diagnosed as one but a scan will confirm. It could be inflammation from the front of the knee that feels like a cyst but isn't. Antiinflamatories are the treatment. Privately you can have injections and drainage and if it reoccurs too often the area can be operated on.
