temporary tattoo

We went on holiday recently and while we were at the airport my husband got chatting to a man who was with his four year old daughter. He said that on their previous holiday the little girl had a temporary tattoo and ended up in hospital for a few days and now has a permanent scar. I am posting this on here in the hope that it might save another child from such a thing.
Incidentally I was not there when they started talking. The little girl spilt her drink and her father said 'stay with the nice man while I get something to mop it up' and then left my husband (a complete stranger) looking after his bag and his little girl!
