busilizzie My grandson is prescribed melatonin as he has very poor sleep patterns due to autism. It's made a big difference to him (and his parents!) and he copes much better with his school days after a good night's sleep.
mrsmopp I've only drunk decaffeinated coffee for years and found if I have had a 'full strength' coffee anytime through the day that I'm still awake till 2-3 o'clock in the morning. Tea doesn't affect me as much but I can't drink it later than about 3pm or that keeps me awake till the early hours too
Normally sleep from about 11.30pm to 7am but I had to be up by 6am Saturday and Sunday so was in bed for 9pm last night and slept till 8am today - wonderful
