Brilliant idea Rubylady and sorry you are having a grotty day today. I have lost 24 lbs and want to lose more, but find that taking it in small steps helps me. For example, dropping to the next stone mark ( from 13 something to 12 something), then down to next half stone mark, etc. I am trying to up my exercise in a way that I enjoy as I loathe forced exercise, gyms, clubs, lycra and all that getting sweaty, so dog walking with rapid bursts is what I shall try. I aim to lose another 20 lbs and then see how I feel. My decision will be based on jeans size rather than weight. I shall join you on snack free February.
