Hayfever headaches

What do people use for hayfever headaches? Daily chlorphenamine doesn't prevent mine on really bad days like today though it does help normally. In the past I've been prescribed various nasal sprays that are supposed to help but they all made my septum very sore and holey!

I guess I need to go back to the GP...

The thing that really helped was Terfenamine but that was withdrawn because it killed fairies or something.

Acrivastine works for me (benadryl). I have been really headachy in the recent dry windy weather. It has worked out expensive as it is not on prescription.
