Lay flat on your back on the floor or bed ask another person to hold your ankle and pull the leg on the side you are getting the pain, they should keep pulling and count to 30 then stop for 10 seconds then pull for another counting to 30 repeat 4 times. This will take pressure off the sciatica nerve.
