Ten o’clock! That gives time for grandchild sitters to get their charges to school, arthritis suffered to get mobile and, finishing at eleven gives time for coffee and a chat before lunch!
We have one class here which is totally oversubscribed and held in the Age UK Day centre - not going in there I'm sure they are very nice but I'm not old yet. My Zumba Gold class decided to open a second group in a Residential Home for the elderly - I went once - gave me chills!
I do tai chi in SELondon and prefer mornings. If you are retired you don’t want to go out to the gym in the evenings when it’s full of Lycra clad young folk.
I’m thinking of starting a new tai chi class in the Leamington Spa area and I’d like your help in working out what time of day is best suited for retirees? Any suggestions would be appreciated. If you have any questions concerning tai chi, can I suggest you start by looking at www.britishtaichi.club Many thanks. Peter Fletcher
