Ingredients and their descriptions from the website (in italics) and from descriptions elsewhere on the net (not italics). So it contains lots of diferent moisturisers, some things to help the absorption of the moisturisers and several fragrances (*in bold*). These add nothing and can be allergens - I would think these were bad for psoriasis, not likely to help magically cure it.
Aqua, water
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Derived from coconut oil, a moisturiser.
Glycerin, An organic UV filter that absorbs UVB rays.
Isopropyl Myristate, a compound of an alcohol and a fatty acid, used to aid the absorption of moisturiser into the skin.
Cetearyl Alcohol, stabilises products and stops them from separating and curdling. It is also used to soften skin, and is a foam booster.
Polyglyceryl-3 Dicitrate/Stearate, an emulsifier, which helps products spread evenly and lifts off dirt and grime.
Stearic Acid, A saturated, fatty acid used in the production of soap.
Glyceryl Stearate SE, A mixture of stearic acid and glycerin, which makes skin soft and supple, and prevents moisture loss.
Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, moisturiser
Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, moituriser
Benzyl Alcohol, an organic, Halal alcohol found in many fruits and teas. It works as a preservative, fragrance and solvent, and is approved by the Soil Association
Parfum, perfume
Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, moisturising, soothing and conditioning skin and hair
Dehydroacetic Acid, - preservative Acetic acid is "A naturally occurring acid found in a variety of plants and fruits such as apples, grapes, oranges, pineapples, and strawberries. It is an organic acid that gives vinegar its sour taste and distinct smell."
Linalool, A fragrance found in many flowers and spice plants. Scientists in Japan have shown that its smell reduces stress. also "Psychopharmacological evaluation of linalool in mice revealed that this compound has dose-dependent marked sedative effects at the Central Nervous System"
Hexyl Cinnamon, A natural ingredient used as a fragrance. It is derived from chamomile oil. and it can be an allergen.
*Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Extract, antimicrobial, antioxidant and conditioning properties
Limonene, Found in the peel of citrus fruit, giving oranges and lemons their distinctive smell. We use it as a fragrance and it can be an allergen
Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone - "Volatile fragrance and flavoring ingredient that must be listed on products that contain it due to its risk of causing a sensitized reaction at concentations as low as 0.001%. It’s an ingredient to avoid if you have sensitive skin, especially because it’s almost always combined with other volatile fragrance components such as linalool and eugenol."
