Boosting immunity

No - but surely it would be rather pointless and even dangerous to be taking immune- suppressing mnedication and at the same time trying to boost your immune system? Have you discussed it with your GP? Maybe your dosage is a bit too high and could be lowered?

I suffer from Crohn’s disease and have bi-monthly infusions of an immune suppressing medication. As a result I seem to pick up every bug going (e.g. 3 weeks of flu in January and Norovirus in March)despite maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle. I’ve recently lost a stone in weight.
Can anyone recommend an effective way to boost my immune system?
