Not directly but I was on Azothiaprine for a couple of years- essential to have regular blood tests. The drug put my Lupus into remission but not before destroying most of my white cells- they soon came back up when I stopped.

silverdarlings I’m guessing you mean corticosteroids such as prednisolone rather than anabolic steroids, which is what I think LaylaStin means.

I have had to take corticosteroids after contracting an extremely nasty auto immune condition called Stevens Johnson Syndrome. I’m on quite a lot of regular meds so had to be carefully monitored while taking them in case of contradictions, and while reducing them. I didn’t have any problems reducing them gradually. I have never taken Athazioprine so don’t know what effect that has.
